Life Domain Coaching, a new coaching model.
”Think of life as consisting of four main areas or domains. Personal, Wealth, Health, and Relationships. Success in these areas, when lived fully, powerfully aligned with your core values and guided by your vision, allows you to live a truly wonderful and fulfilling life” PS Keeley.
Personal Domain; your power and purpose, vision, core values, goals, and objectives. Also includes your ongoing personal development.
Wealth Domain; your money and business, your wealth building strategies and legacy.
Health Domain; living a stress-free life full of health and vitality with both mental and physical wellbeing
Relationship Domain; not just your love, social and business relationships but including your relationship to yourself, your life, the world in which you live and your spiritual connection.
This model is very empowering as one can fit all the activities of life either on a daily basis or use it as an overarching life design & management system. For example: I can split my day into these segments.
1 Personal; time spent learning a new language, reading/absorbing new information, meditating.
2 Wealth; dealing with the different facets of my business. 3 Health; training at the gym and keeping my diet interesting and healthy. 4 Relationship; expressing my love and gratitude to my family, friends and life teams. Developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
It’s easy to compartmentalize my day using this model and as you can see life is comprised of many different aspects and this model really helps you to powerfully take control and manage everything.
More importantly, using the life domain coaching model you can actively design how you want life to go. What outcomes in each domain are most important to you, exactly how those outcomes will be achieved and ensuring that they are aligned with your core values and your declared life purpose and vision.
I have created specific processes to help you uncover these very important life components. Once you have uncovered your core values you can then declare your life purpose and then your unique vision.
For example, using these processes I have declared my life purpose as;
Living my life with integrity and honor. Contributing to others and making a difference. Living my life as fully as possible, loving as deeply as possible and when it’s my time, leaving the world in peace.
This statement reflects my core values my deepest beliefs and will help me ensure that all that I do in life is in alignment with these. Why would I do this? Because if I don’t, any success I achieve in my life will never truly satisfy me. I don’t want to be extremely wealthy yet spend my days and nights inside an oxygen tent with nurses and doctors for company because I neglected my health. Neither do I wish to end my life penniless in an old folks home waiting in vain for my neglected children to visit. I do however want to live my life as per the following statements…
Developing my sense of purpose and connecting to the world around me, having inner peace and helping others achieve their true potential.
The freedom to work and live where I want in a beautiful home doing what I love, while making fantastic income, building wealth and living free of debt
Enjoying vibrant health and wellbeing the better to live a full, happy and long life.
Finding joy in my personal life with the best relationships I ever had.
This is my vision of a successful life and I say it is all possible if you decide to seize control and design your life based on your core values and built upon your unique purpose and vision using the life domain coaching mode
